Planning and Zoning applications must be submitted to the Town Code Enforcement Officer electronically 12 days prior to the Planning Board’s next meeting.  Applications, plans and supporting documents submitted must include 8 sets of physical documents and one electronic copy.
For the remaining 2026 year, the Planning Board meetings are: 

  • May 13 mtg, submissions due May 1
  • June 10 mtg, submissions due  May 29
  • July 8 mtg, submissions due June 26
  • August 12 mtg, submissions due July 31
  • September 9 mtg, submissions due Aug 28
  • October 14 mtg, submissions due Oct 2
  • Nov 11 mtg, submissions due Oct 30
  • Dec 9 mtg, submissions due Nov 27
