ALL RECYCLABLES MUST BE CLEAN, WITH NO FOOD DEBRIS.
If it is not on the list then it is considered to be TRASH and must be disposed of properly.
The following items are accepted for recycling at the Columbia County Transfer/Convenience Stations.
- Newspaper, Magazines, Junk Mail, Catalogs, Envelopes, Advertisements/Inserts, Soft cover books.
- Cardboard boxes – NO Food Debris, Brown Bags.
- Boxboard & Paperboard
- Cereal boxes, Pasta boxes, Shoe boxes (tissue paper removed), Mixed Office paper.
- Plastics – Clean and Free of Debris – #1, #2, & #5.
- Milk jugs – Rinsed.
- Bleach/Detergent bottles – Rinsed.
- Water bottles, Soda bottles – Empty and Rinsed.
- Aluminum can and bottles – Rinsed and Free of Debris.
- Tin Cans – Rinsed and Free of Debris.
- Glass bottles and jars – Rinsed and Free of Debris.

Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law:
1. Notice is hereby given that the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Clermont NY is completed, and a copy thereof may be seen at 1795 Route 9 Clermont, NY 12526 until June 4, 2024.

3. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Clermont will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property at 1795 Route 9 Clermont, NY 12526 during the hours of 3PM-5PM and 6PM-8PM on June 4, 2024.
4. A publication containing procedures for contesting an assessment is available at the Assessor’s Office or the Columbia
