until June 3, 2025.

3. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Clermont
will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real.

3PM-5PM & 6PM-8PM on June 3, 2025.
4. A publication containing procedures for contesting an assessment is available at the

The Clermont Town Board will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments on the Local Law #2 Amending the Zoning Code of the Town of Clermont & Local Law #3 Amending the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Clermont Monday, May 5th, 2025 at 6:45 PM at Clermont Town Hall, 1795 Route 9, Clermont. The Public is encouraged to attend. Written comments should be addressed to Town of Clermont, C/O Local Laws #2 and 3, 1795 Route 9, Germantown, NY 12526 to be received no later than the public hearing date and time.
